Finding your size
- Measure your natural waist (narrowest point) and hips (fullest point) with a soft tape measure over thin clothing.
- Between sizes? Size up for everyday comfort — size down for firm compression.
- Shapewear should feel snug, never painful. If it digs in or rolls, go up a size.
- Still unsure? Email us your measurements and we will recommend a size: sculptaurashop@gmail.com
