Returns & Refunds
30-day returns: If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and the hygiene liner (where applicable) intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn.
How to start a return: Email sculptaurashop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and a prepaid return label.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
Exchanges: To exchange for a different size, return the original item and place a new order.
Devoluciones y Reembolsos
Devoluciones en 30 días: Si no estás satisfecha, puedes devolver tu artículo dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la entrega. Las devoluciones son gratis.
Condición: Los artículos deben estar sin usar, sin lavar y en su condición original, con etiquetas y el protector higiénico (si aplica). Por higiene, no aceptamos devoluciones de artículos que hayan sido usados.
Cómo iniciar una devolución: Escríbenos a sculptaurashop@gmail.com con tu número de pedido y el motivo. Te responderemos con las instrucciones y una etiqueta de devolución prepagada.
Reembolsos: Una vez que recibamos e inspeccionemos tu devolución, te notificaremos si se aprobó el reembolso. Si se aprueba, se emitirá al método de pago original en un plazo de 10 días hábiles. Tu banco o la entidad emisora de tu tarjeta pueden tardar más tiempo en procesarlo y reflejarlo.
Artículo dañado, defectuoso o equivocado: Contáctanos dentro de los 7 días posteriores a la entrega con tu número de pedido y una foto, y lo resolveremos con un reemplazo o reembolso.
Cambios: Para cambiar de talla, devuelve el artículo original y haz un nuevo pedido.
